We offer free standard shipping across the continental US. Due to the battery size and weight, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via specialized ground freight within 5-7 business days.

Yes, every CIRCOOTER comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller, ensuring your off-road adventures are protected against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for scooters in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees for heavy equipment may apply unless the unit is defective.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
CIRCOOTER models arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the handlebars and tighten a few bolts using the included tool kit before your first ride.
