At CIRCOOTER, we stand behind the durability of our off-road e-scooters and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If your all-terrain ride doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Scooter
Clean your e-scooter and pack it securely in its original box with all accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
